Carly Rae Jepsen Expands Day and Night With Eight New Tracks on Day and Night (Continued)

Carly Rae Jepsen is giving fans more music to fall in love with, unveiling an expanded edition of her latest album, Day and Night, titled Day and Night (Continued). Released through Interscope Records, the new collection adds eight previously unreleased original songs, split between four tracks inspired by daytime and four belonging to the album’s nighttime side.

The expanded release continues Jepsen’s tradition of offering listeners more than the original album, extending its musical world with new material that explores both sides of its central concept. Among the additions is “Love Depressed,” highlighted as the focus track for the night collection. The release also brings “Reaching for a Star” and “Yes” to streaming platforms worldwide, following their previous availability on the Japanese CD edition of Day and Night.

Rather than simply revisiting the original album, Day and Night (Continued) gives the project additional room to grow, offering listeners eight more songs to discover and adding new layers to its contrasting themes. The expanded tracklist features “Sixteen and Rising,” “Wedding Season,” and “Lullaby” on the first disc, while the second includes “Muscle Memory,” “Love Depressed,” and “In Pure Faith.”

Fans who prefer physical releases will also have an opportunity to add the expanded project to their collections. A special vinyl edition is scheduled to arrive exclusively through Record Store Day Black Friday on November 27, 2026, with copies available at participating independent record stores.

The new release comes as Jepsen prepares for a major North American tour in 2027. The Carly Rae Jepsen – Day and Night Tour, promoted by Live Nation, begins April 15 in Edmonton, Alberta, before traveling through 26 cities across North America. The run includes her first-ever headlining performances at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, and New York City’s Madison Square Garden. The tour is set to conclude May 29 in Montreal.

With eight additional songs, a forthcoming exclusive vinyl release, and an extensive tour on the horizon, Jepsen is continuing to build on the Day and Night era while giving fans fresh material to experience alongside the original album.
