Miley is giving fans another visual from her latest era with the release of the official music video for “Different Religion,” featuring Model/Actriz. The track appears on her tenth studio album, Bass Persuades, which arrived September 18, 2026, through Atlantic Records. Directed by Mert Alas, the new video brings another dimension to one of the album’s standout collaborations.
The release follows a major milestone for Miley, as Bass Persuades debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The achievement marks her first time topping the chart in more than a decade and launches her latest chapter with Atlantic Records on a high note. The album’s momentum began with its lead single and title track, “Bass Persuades,” which quickly secured the No. 1 spot among the most-added songs at U.S. radio. The single also opened at No. 1 on Spotify’s U.S. Top Songs chart and reached No. 2 globally.
Fans were also introduced to the album through the music video for “Let’s Get Married.” Filmed at the legendary Chateau Marmont and directed by Mert Alas, the visual features Miley’s fiancé, Maxx Morando. Rolling Stone praised the track as “an instant classic.”
With the new video adding to the album’s growing visual collection, Miley is preparing for two sold-out performances at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 16 and 18. Demand for the shows has been extraordinary, with nearly 1.5 million fans entering the presale queue for the headline engagement.
