Seattle indie rock trio waltzerr have announced their debut album, Tomorrow Will Be Better, arriving August 28 via Share It Music. Leading the announcement is the band’s newest single, “ciggy b,” a heartfelt introduction to the record’s emotionally driven sound.
Built around jangly guitars, driving rhythms, and Emily Waltzer’s expressive vocals, “ciggy b” reflects on the lingering emotions that follow the end of a relationship. The song explores the difficulty of letting go, where old memories and unanswered questions continue to surface long after someone is gone. To celebrate the album’s arrival, waltzerr will perform a hometown release show at Seattle’s Sunset Tavern on August 29.
