Minneapolis indie rock outfit Porch Light has announced The Hush Tour, marking the band’s first-ever North American headlining run. Kicking off on September 22 in Dallas, Texas, the tour will see the five-piece bring their emotionally charged live show to audiences across the continent, with stops in major markets including New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago following a busy summer festival season
Released via Mom + Pop, “Arctic” showcases Porch Light at their most emotionally vulnerable, pairing introspective songwriting with the band’s signature indie rock energy. The track explores the complicated space between commitment and longing, capturing the desire for a connection that feels deeper and more all consuming even within an existing relationship. Jackie Uhas delivers a captivating vocal performance, balancing urgency with restraint as each lyric lands with quiet conviction.
