Released August 14, 2026, the Northern California band’s latest release serves as their first new music since 2025’s Fruitless, and it immediately feels like a step forward rather than a simple continuation.
Originally written by frontwoman Danielle Judith as a stripped-down singer-songwriter piece, “What’s The Use” has been transformed into a much fuller band experience. The finished version carries a breezy alternative-pop-rock energy, with shimmering guitars and layered production creating an almost weightless atmosphere. But underneath that brightness is a song wrestling with disappointment, unanswered questions, and the realization that sometimes you can miss something before it ever truly begins.
